Prudential Laney Real Estate's in-house training program is designed to quickly get the new agent up and running while providing continuing education for the experienced agent. We have trainers dedicated to helping you build your business through education on the laws and regulations of real estate, to using the tools of the industry such as online portals of the various MLS boards in our operating area. We even have beginner and advanced classes on the Microsoft Office applications, creating a website, and how to generate effective eCards.

Even more resources are available online through Prudential’s PREA Center website where you can become eCertified for the latest internet tools, attend a Prudential University on Tour class or sign up to attend Prudential Real Estate’s National Convention.

Throughout the year Prudential Laney Real Estate gives you the opportunity to attend educational seminars that will keep you in the know on the latest techniques and trends. Top producers earn cash awards to go towards attending the National Convention. Whatever your specialty, we have the training and education to help you reach your goals.

Working with Windows

Before you are truly at ease with the computer you must understand the Windows Operating System. Things such as the desktop, windows, icons, shortcuts, folders/general organization, and customized settings will be reviewed for ultimate personal productivity.
