Sharon realizes, in an industry which is constantly changing, agents, staff and managers constantly need education regarding these changes. Whether we are enjoying a "pizza Friday", working on a Habitat for Humanity for house, manning the booth at Pleasure Island's Seafood Blues & Jazz Festival, attending the annual Prudential sales convention, or simply enjoying one another's company at one of the numerous office parties, this group has a good time.

Although we are located at Carolina Beach, our agents enjoy selling all of New Hanover County as well as Brunswick and Pender Counties. This gives the agents of the Carolina Beach office the diversity to insure they are constantly in the most active markets whether they are here, at the beach, or elsewhere.
